We have searched the internet quite a bit. We have not found any good chicken coop plans or blueprints that are available for free. We have found various sites that offer free reviews of chicken coop blueprints or chicken coop plans. Most of them do not have actual plans that they are giving away for free though. We certainly understand that though. We have seen plans that are 120 pages long, full of diagrams and detailed instructions. As we would expect, most anything that has value is not going to be given away. That being said, the price points for these e-books are not that high. The average e-book or set of plans cost about $30. We have seen them for $20 and we have seen them as high as $50. A good set of plans will really cut down the time spent in the building process and we all know that it is much cheaper to build these chicken coops than it is to buy them.
